Flowers make me incredibly happy and lift my spirits. I hope they do the same for you.
Is there anything still in bloom where you live? xx

Good morning my friend! LOVE the beautiful blooms. There is nothing in bloom here where I am. Though, our Daffodils are trying to bloom because the Arkansas weather can never make up its mind - you never know if it's going to be 70 degrees outside (like today) or 42 (like tomorrow) - *sigh* Have a great day lovie! xoxoxo
What a beautiful series this is Betty!
There is nothing in bloom here now. No snow, but we've had sub-zero temperatures for a couple of days now. :-(
Have a great day!
Oh I just love delicate pink blossoms. We always have flowers over at the coast but they tend to be much brighter in color.
Those pink roses are so beautiful, especially the one with the water drops...nothing like that blooming in my yard, snow has finally come. Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting. Have a great week ahead!
Absolutely beautiful, Betty and so well captured! You're a great artist my friend. Hugs..
Dear Betty,
WOW, what a wonderful series, love your deceiving winter with so georgeous flowers!
Have a nice day - moni
Lovely! We still have flowers here and of course, I never stop trying to bloom....
Perhaps one of the most pretty collection. The flowers have the tinge of winter on them.
These are great pictures Betty, especially the top one

Thank you SO much for this floral interlude, Betty! Like you, I really, really needed it. I haven't seen any blooms lately but my dad always has a lot of flowers blooming in winter!

Really beautiful captured these roses!!
All your images have a kind of sensibility,, if this is the right word!!

Your flowers are gorgeous! We've been having a mild winter so far, but nothing will be blooming for a few more months.
i had to sit and stare a few moments at the bud with the droplets, so specail so beautiful, incredible to me. I love anything that grows outside, trees, flowers, bushes and all things living except forget the spiders. we have a few hibiscus, not many and there are several flowering trees right now, but not sure of their names.
Delicious flowers project shot with beautiful colors and delicious light creativity, I like, un abrazo.
Such exquisite flowers, Betty! Love the delicate color and your captures are exquisite! Wonderful to have so much beauty to start the day! Thank you!!
Sylvia
Beautiful - I'm sure I can smell them as I sit here.
Absolutely lovely. We finally got some snow and pretty cold weather over the past few days so nothing is going to be blooming again here for a while. Your roses are just gorgeous.

Nice roses!I want to come the spring because I can't stand the cold.
I wish you the new year have more happy days.
Oh, so beautiful! I think the only thing I'll find in bloom outside would be from the florist! I really enjoyed your lovely set of photos today.
Ahh, the pictures are very beautiful and give me a wonderful feeling.
What's alive here? Me...barely. Too cold.
Teresa
That misty rose bud is stunning!
Your flower photos are just gorgeous, Betty! Bravo!
Our temperatures have fluctuated wildly this winter, but our Camellia bush had some lovely blooms on it recently.
I so admire your photography skills - and the flowers are gorgeous. Not much blooming here but pansies!
These flowers made me happy too. The only blooms I see around here is the bouquet from my dentist and those are holding up very well.
Beautiful photos!
Unas texturas muy buenas las que les has sacado a esas bonitas flores, buen trabajo, saludos...
Very nice rose shots.
I love the one with water drops on it.
great work!
Such beautiful flowers - and your photographs are just gorgeous.
Your flower photos are FANTASTIC!
The drought wreaked havoc with our yard, before the oddly strange winter even started.
The first rose looks very tick. It must be very rare.
Greetings,
Filip
Lovely aren't they. The flowers are superb, and brilliant photos.
Oh my goodness - there is no winter outside here! sandie

Lovely flower shots!
I especially like that fourth shot - so lovely with the baby's- breath.
Beautiful, beautiful, and beautiful! Love the photos...some of my favorite shots are closeups of flowers in my garden. You did a great job capturing the essence of the flowers!
These are all beautiful blossoms. Beauty like this is one of the reason that I, too, am infatuated with the outdoors.
Hi, Betty, What beautiful, beautiful blooms! So gorgeous. And, so well timed, as winter deepens. No snow here..but it's cold, cold, cold Real winter coat weather! Thanks for sharing your photographs, and thanks for coming by 'Words and Photographs for a visit! So nice to receive your comments. All the best, Juli
Sadly, no flowers left here ... but then if I look close, I can see beauty everywhere ... even in the naked trees!
I simply loved all the shots in this sequence. The flowers are gorgeous, so pure and clear :)
What lovely soft colored photos!
Hi there, I'm visiting from SITS... you were ahead of me in the roll call today! Beautiful photos! We have daffodils coming up in the middle of January here in Tennessee!
These are gorgeous! Makes me want to run out to the nearest florist and buy some roses! They would sure make all this snow seem a bit more tolerable! We do not have anything growing here, its too cold and snowy.
Thank you for visiting my blog, and for your kidn words. Come back soon and often!
you are spreading beauty and joy!

Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. Hope you did see the translation button on the right. It helps but gives some hilarious translations I have noticed. :-)
Since I live in Melbourne Australia we have a lot in bloom at ATM since it's summer here. Getting a bit dry and some flowers are getting a bit sad but it's still lots of prettiness around. Love your pics of the roses.
Cheers!

Oh Betty, all of those roses are beautiful. I love all the different shades of pink. No blooms here, we are in the middle of a Winter Storm Warning. Freezing rain has been falling all day and has coated the snow with ice.
Roses are my favorite flower, and the photos with the dew drops are especially wonderful.
