Have a Great Weekend!

I brought this Bone China milk jug home from one of my vacations in London. I'm still not quite sure why I love this one. Maybe it's because of its simple shape; I think in a wide variety of shapes and styles the simple is always better.

What are you up to this weekend? I just feel like lounging at home, cooking my favourite meal, and renting those movies that I've always wanted to watch but never had the chance to.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! xx

Loving the simplicity of that milk jug, we have a similar one that came with an equally cute sugar bowl.

Tomorrow is a day of international rugby for us as there are three matches being shown on the tv.

Hoping you have a great weekend and get to watch those movies. x

Love your little simple pitcher. I can understand why it appealed to you. Nothing much going on here this weekend. We have March Madness here which is a tournament of college basketball games. My college is playing today. So I'll be watching that one.

The milk pot is beautiful and I agree with you that simple is usually most pleasing. We're probably going to have a quiet weekend at home. There are many things that need to be done in the yard.

My dearest Betty,

Your photos are simply exquisite... and so very heartwarming. I especially love the first and the last. But then, all of your shots are lovely.

Let's see... this weekend... is right around the corner. And I have two research studies to finish writing, and lots of reading to do. He he he... that makes for a busy weekend. But but but... I plan to take a few hours to myself so I can also work on writing some poetry and reading some fiction. I also plan to cook a couple of delicious dinners for my husband and I to share.

And that's about it.

I hope your weekend is filled with sunshine, my dearest.

Love and hugs,
Nevine

I too like the simplicity and clean lines of that piece. While all of your photos are excellent my favorite is the first on with the reflection of candle light.
