Pretty photos. I love the jar of milk. I want to do this too at home...and yes, with marshmallows too.Oh Im craving for it now. Have a nice day.
Hello Betty, beautiful shots! I live in the countryside and try to eat healthy! Fruits, vegetables, milk, meat, all I get from the farmer. Greetings Crissi
the milk jar is cute. love the spectacular bay photo.
Hello! Very beautiful photos!
I love sweet potatoes! We eat them 4-5 nights a week!
I know how this goes! For me summertime is the worst for eating helathy because I am a big ice cream fan, and will sometimes substitute that for dinner. OKAY, more than sometimes!!
love the milk in the jar, a beautiful photo and great idea for a glass. love sweet potatoes to. mother had hydrangea buses all across the back of her house in Savannah, higher than my head, daddy put iron shavings under hem and they were bright blue the more iron the bluer they got. i loved to pick one and bring it inside.
They are all lovely images. We have the same glassware as you are using for your milk. ;)
We have a habit of eating healthy during the weeks and then letting us be sinful at weekends - that makes it feel more OK. :-)
Dear Betty, wunderful 5 things, I want to begin eating healthy-fresh foods too!!! Your photos are really appetizing! ☺Have a nice dayhugsmoni
Don't try to tempt me.I'll lose my mind and take them all.

Great post and captures for the day, Betty! The shot of Plymouth Barbican is absolutely breathtaking! These days at my age, I try not to think about food!! I do love your milk glass! Hope your week is going well! Enjoy!Sylvia
Healthy and fresh foods are always welcome in my house. I eat lots of fruits during the summer.Beautiful photos!
I love Hydrangeas and I'm glad our soil turns the ones we have blue. Your photos are wonderful today!!
Oh how I wish for access to fresh fruits and vegies. But alas, during summer I am 85 miles from the nearest town.
Love the milk jar !!....healthy and fresh food is so good for you darling.....i try to do the same....love from me....xxx..
Yes, my dear Betty!I am a HUGE ice cream - chocolate - pizza - fan!!The time I was a tennis player I could have all that in my fridge..But now, not playing because of afew surgeries, I just not buy those stuff anymore!!Lovely pictures!!I don't drink milk, but it is nice to look at this image :)Hugs,Monika
I'm trying to do that myself. I love the food at the vegetarian grocery near my house - they have a hot food bar. Wish I could just eat that, but it's pricey.
Beautiful place.Fantástic the other pictures!Greetings.
I think you should be a food photographer! Do sweet potato fries count as healthy food? snort!
Very nice photos!I do have trouble staying on track during the weekends. The main problem is that EVERY day is a weekend day for me...Having said that, you'd think I have a lot of free time. I have just about zero...
Un placer pasarme por aquí como siempre a ver estupendas fotos, un saludo...
I love muffins!!;)
Energy? What the heck is that? I think I had it when I was young, but it's been a long time.
Your pictures are lovely and I love that bottle your milk is in.I am trying (very hard) to eat healthily and get fit. And you are right the weekends are the worst. I could always do with some more energy. I see my daughters and could do with just a little bit of their energy. :))
Everything looks so delicious...even the delicate petals of the pastel hydrangea. Great post.It was a busy holiday weekend for us, so I'm very far behind in paying visits to all who have left me comments in the last three days. Thanks for stopping by and taking time to leave such a positive comment for me. Hope your week will treat you kindly!!!
Hi Betty! I had a great Memorial Day weekend. I usually eat healthier than I did this weekend, but I confess that I splurged a bit. On the positive side, I played with my kids in a swimming pool, so I got some good exercise. I have not lost any close family or friends, so it was easy for me to appreciate others' ultimate sacrifice without feeling the personal sting of their loss.
I am verry fortunate, I don't have a weight problem. It's the heart I should pay attention to.Great post.
Great post, great photographs!I'm so into healthy eating, but have never tried sweet potatoes before. Those look so delicious!
Brilliant photos, and sweet potatos, um that's the best. I with yours, be good to yourself.
First off, love that sunset...it looks like something taken a century ago (if they'd had color film). The more healthful eating...it's ongoing.Had my first kohlrabi this weekend.
What wonderful photos! I really love the hydrangea...one of my very favorite flowers.
I want sphegetti, but I can't deal with the heavy sauce--I'm craving fresh, light tomatoes...
Bellas Imágenes y grandes delicias culinarias.Un abrazo, Betty.
Your photos are as delightful as they are delicious!
the first shot could have been taken in the Azores, where this is the typical flower of my island - S. Miguel :)
I love sweet potatoes!

good pictures of sundown and food.
Here's my schedule. 3 weeks on the boat, eat like crap. 3 weeks home with vegetarian sports nutritionists, eat really really good. Love the sun shot.
Nice pictures full of delicateness with those tones so soft and exquisite lighting, good shots. Greetings.
I feel that way after being away for 5 weeks and eating anything including gourmet meals and hamburgers. Great shots especially the sweet potato yum yum.
Hi Betty, lovely images. The first shot of the hydrangea is beautiful. It is a good idea to eat healthy for a kick start your energy level. I need to do that too. The sweet potatoes are one of my favorites. Have a lovely day!
Loved the food photos! It is a lot harder to eat healthy when you have a guest who insists on wanting to eat out regardless of the healthy food you have prepared! Oh well, it isn't forever!
I really like your photo of the sweet potato. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who has trouble eating the way I should on weekends.
Hi Betty, It is important to eat healthy and to exercise... I am trying to to a better job with both... Eating healthy definitely does give us more energy... Gorgeous pictures.I'd love to see more of the hydrangeas...Hugs,Betsy

Ooh, I really want a sweet potato now!!
I could go for a cold glass of milk and a big old muffin right now!

The hydrangeas look so lovely and so do the sweet potatoes, one of my favorite foods that I forget to buy. Thanks for the reminder to eat healthy. :)

Beautiful images Betty! They brightened my morning.
I love the variety of photos you've chosen for this post, my dearest! What stunning colors!!! And as for healthy, fresh foods, I can't imagine eating anything else. I'm not into greasy, fast food. Blech! I love to cook at home and prepare meals from scratch. Not only is it healthy for your body... it's therapy for the mind! :-)I hope you're having a wonderful week, my dear!Love and hugs,Nevine
I was in Cornwall last summer and loved it. Many thanks for those photos and for reminding me of the great time I had there.Greetings from London.
Great shot of the hydrangea - nice soft focus. As for milk - more of the chocolate variety (I know, one of my few vices). Go for it with the healthy-fresh - doing yourself a favour !Have a great rest-of-the-week Betty !
