Beautiful Home Office Decorating Ideas

It's so nice to have a cozy personal little space to really "do your own thing". I'm currently a bit obsessed  with home office set ups. And I'm just drawn to these pretty, minimalistic yet...
functional home offices.

Which ones have given you the most inspiration? Do you have a home office? I'd love to hear. xx

P.S. I absolutely love home offices that don't look too office-y. My home is small so my office takes up a corner of my living room. (Photos to follow.) My entire house definitely needs a makeover, but if I had to pick just one room I would start with the living room/home office corner. I think a few small touches- a new chair and desk supplies can give the room a new, stylish feel.

They are all so nice, especially office #2, it is so spacious, a lot different to the cramped space in which I have to work.
Love the cat fixing the blinds. :)
Happy weekend dear Betty!

i like the second one, with all the storage... i love the looks of the small desk in small spaces, but where is the printer, and all the STUFF

I like pic 3 with lots of drawers.

These are great, Betty! I love the ones near a window! I'm fortunate to have my desk in front of two windows so I can work and watch the world go by as well!! Hope you have a lovely weekend! Enjoy!

All so light and bright! I'm not sure I could pick a favorite, but perhaps #2 or #3.

Hope your weekend is wonderful!

I like the office in the second picture because of the window, though I would probably looking out of it too much :)

#3 with the multiple small drawers in the desk looks handy to me - and cute, too.

Love the idea of a clean office space, but not sure that is a reality in my world. :) Must have a window and some type of storage for printer paper, etc...

Hi Betty, We have an entire room (bedroom) devoted to our 'office'... George is on one side and I am on the other.. I need more space than what is featured here---but IF I chose one of these, I'd choose the 2nd one...

Hugs,
Betsy

I love the minimal look of those home offices. Mine is so packed full of stuff.

My condo has a large bedroom with an area for a sitting room and a second postage-stamp sized bedroom that I use for a home office. I decided it wasn't even big enough for a bed. I do have a futon in there though, which just barely has room to open out. :)

Hi Betty I like the 3rd one best. it is roomy, light and has a view. I would have a better chair to sit on.

Those offices are all so pretty! I really like the ones that are mostly white. Seems like a nice clean room would leave lots of room for creativity :)

Your photos are gorgeous! Wishing you a happy weekend :)

Hi Betty The weekend will be one of manual labour. However Ihe week was brighter because I got to see my daughter for a short visit.

I love the look of all the offices, so simple and clean. I'm in the process of claiming the front room for my painting studio. It won't look pretty but it will be mine.

Haha love the cat fixer upper photo. They can be so helpful don't you think? ;)

Your other photos would be great additions on the wall of a home office especially if you don't have those wonderful windows with a view.

It's definitely a house with beautiful designs, excellent pictures!

I like office #4 because of those beautiful glass doors, bigger desk, and those gorgeous book shelves! The other offices look way too neat for me!

I just LOVE those three photos you took! How the heck did you do that one with the umbrella?

I can't afford nice, or any, office space. I have my "office" in my bedroom. But it's next to the window, and I get a lot of sunlight. That's all I require for my work environment. Well, chocolate too.

Be well, Betty.

I like the fourth photo that shows office 6. That window is awesome, but around here it would be too hot most of the time.

Love the umbrella image!

Have a nice weekend!

I think I like the second to last one best. It's the one that looks most like the one I have. And I love the one I have. I'd love more light, though.

Bonjour,

They are all nice office spaces, the second and fourth ones are my favorites. Your sky shots are lovely. Beautiful images. Have a happy Sunday and week ahead!

Ha! My cat totally does that with the blinds.

Gorgeous pics as always...I love the nook under the stairs with the Snoopy pic.

I would love to have a separate room for my home office but not so. :(

Love the sunset pictures! Gorgeous!

My favorite work area is the recessed bookshelf. So glad to see you back, Betty! I really like the focal zoom on the Autumnal Sunset. That's a brilliantly done silhouette of the chain link and flying birds in the sunset. I like the way you combined a landscape with urban flair!

I like best the one with all the bookshelves and the big windows. In fact both are necessities for me. My office is in my home/manse(parsonage) but it is scandalously messy. I've been "talked to" about this.

I don't care for the look of most of them but I did like the second one.

I love your gorgeous photography. How in the world did you do that with the umbrella?

The blinds made me laugh. Benny fixes mine that way too.

Yes, a beautiful design, I love it!

Number 2 gets my vote. I used to work in the corner of our living room but then we built a bigger office downstairs for my husbands business so I took over the office upstairs. I just love having my own room. The most important thing is the biggest desk possible to fit computer and printer/scanner and books.

Hi Betty,
I love your awesome ideas how to decorate a computer room.
We have a computer room in one of our bedrooms. It looks plain and simple, just like an office.
However, I would love to add a special artistic flavour to enhance the boring look that it has got nowadays.
I like bright colours...
Thank you for sharing your your talents with us! You truly excel.

I love these ideas! The best thing about moving to the UK for us was Ikea! I love their space saving ideas and we have one of their desk / book shelf combos that I use in our spare bedroom for studying and blogging.
