Happy Holidays!

How will you spend the holidays this year? I'll be spending Christmas with my family and look forward to lovingly welcoming and hugging some  beloved relatives of mine.

At this point, I'd like to encourage all who will be spending Christmas Eve alone through choice, or not through choice.
I have had Christmas all alone, once, and it was not my favourite Christmas, but there are definitely many ways to make it better.
Make a list of what makes it feel like Christmas. Put up a tree, or hang some lights and garlands.
Bring some Christmas magic into your home.
May this holiday season be so special that you never ever feel lonely again and be surrounded by loved ones throughout!

Here are a few little bits of Christmas.

Christmas is a time of making memories, a time of remembering...
Home sweet home...
London, Holiday season 2010.

Potatoes fried and spiced-up. Yummy! Plymouth Christmas Market, Holiday Season 2010.

Plymouth Christmas Market is situated in the centre of Plymouth, England, providing a wonderfully memorable experience to everyone.
This event promises a host of tasty treats and original, handmade arts and crafts.
Christmas treats.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and may this festival bring abundant joy and happiness in your life!

My darlings, may your holidays be filled with special memories shared with your loved ones. May all your dreams come true in the New Year! Lots of love! xx

P.S. Here's my very first Christmas post in 2009, if you'd like to see.

  2. Your photos are lovely and now I'm craving M&Ms and I haven't even had my morning coffee yet. ;)

Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas, dear Betty.

  3. Lovely Christmas images you have there. I am a single woman with no family nearby anymore, but I am fortunate to have a sister and brother-in-law in the Florida panhandle, who gather us all together for Christmas. They live on a large farm in the Florida wilderness and it's lovely and quiet there. But there will be a cacophony of dogs and nieces with their husbands and boyfriends in tow. I'm heading down in the morning and looking forward to all the hugs. :)

I would like to say to those who are alone at Christmas to make it your own by treating yourself to everything you love.

  5. I love all your bits of Christmas, my favorite is the candle on the book. I have been blessed to never spend a Christmas Eve or day alone, even though I lived alone for 3 years, I always had my parents. they are gone now, but I have Bob and our two beloved canines. my prayers are for those who are alone. thanks for the reminder.

  13. Beautiful captures of such colorful places! I, too, love the candlelight shots and, of course, the M&Ms!! I'll be alone this Christmas as my kids are trying to spend as much time as possible with their Dad who isn't expected to live past the holidays. So, a sad time for my family, but there will be other holidays for us. With blogging I'm able to enjoy others holidays through their blogs! Wishing you and yours a most Joyful, Merry Christmas!

You can think of your computer's registry like the brain of your computer. As such, it retailers information not only on every program that your computer has installed at any given time, it also tends to keep facts from programs that you previously clear awayd. This can be a main problem for PC owners and is why it's imperative for computer users to use a free registry cleaner.

When you set up software on your computer, some important information are stored inside of your computer's registry. However, when you get rid of or unset up software, sometimes those data remain inside your registry. Maybe the software was poorly published or your computer had a hard time uninstalling the software appropriately. In both case, the end-result is that you have data in your registry that are no longer needed.

cleans your computer's registry. Registry cleaners clear away outdated and errant registry entries that can cause PC slowdown, error messages and even application crashes. critical registry problems can even result in your computer becoming unbootable. So, by making use of a registry cleaning tool, you can work to remove these PC slowdowns and avoid future problems due to a bloated registry.

Trying slow as much down as possible. There was only one gift that I bought this year and asked everyone not to get me anything.
This the eighth Christmas here, yet probably the most silent, if not to say difficult.

Please have you all a blessed Christmas.

  37. You're always so sweet. Thanks for the encouragement, Betty. I'm away from friends and family for the first holiday season in many years. Surprisingly, I'm good. I'm enjoying gatherings with different groups I've become involved with, and am glad to have stayed put. I feel blessed. That's what it's all about, as you know.

    Merry Christmas!
    Hugs to you,
