I really liked this YouTube video. It's all about the future of Restaurant Technology.
What a genius concept!
Would you enjoy eating in an Interactive Restaurant like this?
Hope you have a wonderful weekend! xx
(London Inamo Restaurant)
Hello my beautiful friend! I have never heard of this concept before - definitely a different idea for sure! Hope you have a fabulous weekend! I just wanted to stop by and say hello this morning! Lots of love and hugs my friend! xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteHa! Maybe once as a novelty - but for me, nothing will replace the rituals of discussing the menu, asking the waiter for advice and having ones order taken!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!!
hi tech, but I think I prefer the human interaction, have a great weekend, Betty.
ReplyDeletehave a wonderful weekend
ReplyDeleteHye Betty, I am little scared about the future economics if such restaurants become popular, the sole reason is, part time jobs for students as WAITERS will no more be available and we are always around some technology but even in a restaurant, we will have a techie dinner/luncheon I think that will be "not a good idea" Too many screens is not a good idea, as it will consume a lot of electricity also. For time being it may look appealing.. but its after effects will be not at all attractive.
ReplyDeletehappy weekend to you also.. Betty.. you are writing less posts these days, are you busy somewhere else also???
I really like it, happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend Betty
ReplyDeletegreetings from Holland, Joop
If you're into hi tech this is an amazing place!
ReplyDeleteHow cool!
ReplyDeleteSimply amazing! isn't it?
ReplyDeleteCool idea! Have a great weekend, Betty!
ReplyDeleteI shall go when I'm in London :)

In some years I hope to have restaurants like this in Greece!
ReplyDeleteI think that's pretty cool.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great weekend. We've got a busy one here. :{
This is SO neat!!! I think it would be great fun to try a place like this.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this, Betty. I've passed the clip along!
I'm not sure I'm ready for this, but I did read only a few days ago about a new restaurant that will have an iPad at each table to allow patrons to view the menu and order their meals. Some one from the kitchen will deliver the food.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how much an iPad should be tipped?
I thought this was pretty cool. It's nice to see pictures of the food, in case you'd have any questions about it.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
The food is also high tech?...ha ha
ReplyDeletePills and broccoli!
I really like the place!
I wish you a great weekend!
it would help with language barriers, but i know several people who would go hungry trying to use it. i am thinking someday it will all be this way. maybe no tipping anymore
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'm just old-fashioned, Betty, but I really love the idea of interacting with people. Going out to eat is a social activity for me, and I love chatting with the waiting staff just as much as I enjoy chatting with my company. Still, I'm not against trying a place like this; it looks quite interesting. Hmmm... I'm just thinking about all those people who might lose their jobs when this sort of thing becomes widespread. Only a matter of time... It is such a cool place, though. Why not try? ;-)
ReplyDeleteHave a gorgeous weekend, my dearest!
Nevine
Maybe in the future we are going to have these kind of
ReplyDeleterestaurants everywhere to safe money
for the staff.
But London is always one step ahead.
Wish you a very nice weekend, darling!
Monika
Incrível!!!

Looks like a great experience.
ReplyDeleteHope your weekend is a good one!
I would love to eat there next time I visit London.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun!
It does look like fun. If the waiters have less to do, I hope they have computer screens in the back to watch the customers, and make them look they way they want. I am getting over a cold too...colds are such stupid things.
ReplyDeleteI'd try it.
ReplyDeleteI like it and hate it at the same time! Everything is getting so computerized or web based, that we are going to in a world of hurt when the power goes out...
ReplyDeleteThat would be a must-do-once experience. Very fascinating and fun.
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a wonderful weekend, my friend. Thanks for your well wishes on my blog and big hugs back to you.
xoRobyn
Very cool! I am all for techonology allowing me to be more lazy.
ReplyDeleteWhy not?? Should be a different experience..
ReplyDeleteHey Betty, I liked your answer... if its not going to result in job loss then I feel good for such ideas.. still electricity consumption remains a concern.. hahaha unless they use other sources of energy here by chance..
ReplyDeletehahaha..
i hope you are feeling well now. thanks for your comment for the fan... i have started liking it actually
wow,great ideea...nice video
ReplyDeleteNot for me I'm afraid, it's too technical. Mind you our computer does come with a portable cup holder though Husband dearest insists its a disc player, the silly man.
ReplyDeleteSeriously COOL! Love it!
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday,Betty!
That would probably be a cool experience!
ReplyDeleteI'd be willing to bet that there are several of these kinds of eateries in Tokyo.
ReplyDeleteSometimes-
ReplyDeleteother times human contact (and jobs!) are more important and wanted.

I hope you had a magical Monday!
ReplyDeleteHi Betty.
ReplyDeleteHey if it saves me money on tips, I'm all for it lol.
Have a great week.
This would be good when ordering Japanese !
ReplyDeleteI'll take my food any way I don't have to prepare it my dear!
ReplyDeleteΚαλό μήνα, πολύχρωμο κι ευωδιαστό σαν λουλούδι της Άνοιξης!!!
ReplyDeleteGoodness Betty, you are really making it hard for a gal to comment on your posts! :)
ReplyDeleteParis is gorgeous, it's one my wish list of places to see but we can't seem to stay away from Cabo when it's vacation time.
I know what you mean about being busy but as long as we smell the flowers (or that delicious looking bread) once in awhile all is good.
Hugs,
Judy
I think this is definitely the future of restaurants! Especially super busy ones.
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteJust passing through to say hi, Hi! :)
ReplyDeleteAnd just to round things off, happy Wednesday!
ReplyDeletenaqvee, fortunately, no one will lose any jobs...the menu lets you order the food from the e-table, but the computer cannot bring it to you, nor can it bring you the check, nor can it clean the table. so no one will lose their job.
ReplyDeletei caught a bad cold last week and haven't felt too well the last few days, but thanks for asking. much appreciated!
