On June, 14th it was my Birthday. Well, I've just been quite
busy over the past week and couldn't even write a post about it.
They organized a birthday dinner party for me...so we drove to
a cosy restaurant by the sea. It was the ideal place to celebrate
my special day.
The flavours were off the charts and the food was some of the
prettiest you'd lay your eyes on.
Yup, good quality food!
It was really a nice birthday dinner party. Glad that everything
worked out so well for all of us.

Dear Betty,
Birthdays are special and from the pictures, yours certainly was.
As you embark upon on a new chapter in your life, permit me to pass along something I have learned these passed weeks during my 'leave of absence' and that is to take time out for some very private time with ones self.
As I turn 61 in a few days, the lessons of being alone with myself, even if only for five, ten minutes per day, has allowed me to be more in harmony with myself and I believe a better person to those around me.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Looks like a wonderful time. In contrast, my birthday was on the 8th. My husband and I took this past Friday off together and let the kids go to the sitter. We walked around the shops and then went to a movie. It was my choice of movie, of course. So I picked what every other normal girl would. "The A-Team" I'm nostalgic for my youth and Bradley Cooper is the most beautiful man alive (other than my husband who took me to see it without complaining).
May life and time continue to treat you kind. Please have a wonderful start into the new week.
