We wanted to bake something for Valentine's Day and...
decided on a Molten Chocolate Cake,
using this recipe. This cake is pure decadence, gooey, warm, moist, and delicious to eat - bake a batch for your sweethearts.
Molten Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, plus more for molds
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting molds
4 ounces (113,40 grams) bitter sweet chocolate
2 large whole eggs
2 large egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
