Tortellini  Tomato Spinach Soup.

Winter weather is almost upon us and there's nothing like a big hearty bowl of soup to make it all just a little better.

A healthy and versatile dish. This salmon dinner couldn't be simpler. Serve this meal with lightly steamed vegetables.

Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta.

Not only is this recipe simply delicious, but this is mostly a breeze to put together. Perfect for using up leftover chicken.
Spinach and Feta Quiche.

A very tasty and fluffy quiche made with spinach and feta cheese. It's simple yet flavourful, and the feta cheese adds a nice texture to the pie.
On its own it makes a great breakfast or brunch dish, but when paired with a hearty green salad it is transformed into a perfect weeknight dinner.
Bourbon Chicken.

I love making this; it's a no brainier and makes amazing leftovers. After trying several recipes, we settled on this one as a favourite and we come back to it again and again.
