Have a Playful Weekend!

Oh, I so love these little ones! Aren't they adorable?

Can you feel it? You have a child inside you.
You owe it yourself. Let it free. Let it out. Unleash the child inside
you.
We all need to find a little of our inner child every now and then.

Here are some brilliant quotes that keep making me smile,
by Rebbecca Pepper Sinkler, and Woody Harrelson.

"The reluctance to put away childish things may be a
requirement of genius".

"A grown up is a child with layers on".

I seem to remember the phrase..."are you a know-it-all? "
We tend to demonstrate our knowledge to others and trying to
act like an "expert". This is sure a way of killing off the creativity
and brilliant ideas.
Act like a child instead; I mean...be vibrant, be hearty,
be fascinated.
Unleash the child inside you. Have fun. Go out. Or stay here.
And read more. Either way, big hugs to you!

Have a wonderful weekend, my sweets!

I wish everyone thinks like that, for often I hear: "Don't behave like a child." Well, life is fun.

Thanks for the peppy thoughts :)

Have a glorious weekend dear Betty.

Joy always,
Susan

You captured some great action shots here!!

I'm trying to think how the saying I know goes... something like: "Aging is inevitable. Maturing is optional."

I prefer to act like a kid! Enjoy your weekend, Betty!

And how can anyone not have a wonderful weekend after seeing such lovely photos? Very playful! And yes, they remind me of my carefree childhood, when life was filled with nothing but moments of fun in anticipation of more fun. Thank you for sharing these contagious gems, Betty.

I hope you're enjoying a playful weekend, yourself.

Much love and hugs,

I still haven't grown up. In fact, I don't know what I want to be when I grow up. I know....I'll just be myself. A big kid.

Still a child at heart, my favourite pastime this time of year is to walk through leaves - shame that I can't physically do it for long but in my mind I'm walking through forests thickly carpeted in leaves.

Thanks for a great post, I hope you have had a great week-end, full of child-like joy.

From one of the 'oldest' children' you'll ever meet, since I did not become a child until age 50.

Then, on the violin, I became the 'oldest child prodigy' ever in history (Guiness Stout Book of Records--grin!).

And now you are saying it is OKAY!

LOVED those photos of the 'real' children!!! A Good 'shoot'!

And I am saying, thank you for the comment you left on mine--it is moments like that why I blog. Please KNOW that.

Otherwise...Phtttttt!

Pleasant thoughts, and PEACE to you, Betty!

I have an idea that there is a huge difference between being childlike and childish; and that a lot of childishness comes from the effort to be unduly grown-up.
