Have a Cuddly Weekend!

I found this video by Septimiuskrogh to be ridiculously hilarious cute, however, I was a little worried about those beautiful dogs.
So I had to check out the story on the You Tube.
Both dogs loved it!
Aren't these dogs adorable?!

My darlings, hope you have a wonderful, loving weekend! xx

Kids Can Now Walk on Water + A Quickie!

Azul Sensatori Hotel, Cancun, Mexico swimming pool balloons.
Oh my goodness, they look like giant transparent balloons and make users look like a hamster running in its wheel.
The concept works by children entering a large air-filled balloon which they have to push in order to move across the surface of the water.
A new great fun addition to the pool environment? xx

Update: I'm busy. Like ridiculously, terribly, tiringly busy but I wanted to say hello.
I'm in a constant state, of so-little  time-so-much-to-so...but this is really busy. I'm running out of time, I just want to talk to you guys forever!
I look forward to visiting your lovely blogs and having a proper catch up soon.

I hope you're all having a great week.

Mama, why...?

I came across this e-mail in my archive today and thought this was
too funny not to share. Oh my gosh, my blog is getting random!
I'm sharing this in the hope of putting a little smile on your face today.
Well, one day a baby chimp asked his momma, "Mommy why
are we so funny-looking?"
The mother smiled and told him. "You ought to thank God that we are the way we are. You should see the person that is reading this e-mail! (or post!).

Seriously, I love the way he curled right up and leaned on his mum.
Plus two Cut and Dry posts, My Next Life here , and some miserable cats here ! :)

Oh my goodness, this BBC video is ridiculously hilarious!
It made me snort water up my nose giggling!

My lovelies, I hope you have a wonderful, fun weekend. xx

P.S. It has been said many times before but worth repeating...laughter is good for our bodies as well as our souls.
Laughter helps build bridges; with other words laughter helps bring people together.

Amazing Inamo E-Tables + Have a Lovely Weekend!

I really liked this YouTube video. It's all about the future of Restaurant Technology.
You can get your order from a computer.
What a genius concept!

Would you enjoy eating in an Interactive Restaurant like this?

Hope you have a wonderful weekend! xx

Not for People Who Have Vertigo!

The Balconies of the Sears Tower in Chicago.

A friend of mine sent me this interesting email the other day.
I really love these photos and thought I'd share them with you.
They are absolutely amazing!

The owners of the Sears Tower, the tallest skyscraper in the U.S.
(Chicago) inaugurated a couple of years ago four glass box
viewing platforms.
These balconies are suspended 1,353 feet (412 metres) in the air
on the 103rd floor.
They are 10ft high and 10ft wide and can hold 5 tons with their
1.5 inch thick glasses.
Really impressive and definitely something to try...don't you
think? xx

I Want a Guitar Boat

After the Sea-Ship.

...After the whistling winds; after the white-gray sails, taut to their spars and ropes...
After the Sea-Ship...

By Walt Whitman

Today has become unexpectedly busy, my friends, but I just wanted to pop in and say hello. I hope you all had wonderful weekends.
Oh my gosh, this video clip idea is quite cool and inspiring...what a lovely song, too! "Make You Happy" by Josh Pyke.
He's on Parramata River in Sydney; you can see the Sydney Tower in the background.
It's not the soft mellow song that makes me happy. It's that lovely boat.

Who wouldn't want their own giant guitar boat?

How about sailing the seas on that amazing guitar boat and keep it afloat forever? xx

Albert Kahn The Visionary

Albert Kahn (1860-1940) was a millionaire Parisian banker and philanthropist who in 1909 launched a monumentally ambitious project:
To produce a colour photographic record of the world in the early 20th century just on the brink of being lost forever.
He strongly believed that showing the diversity of the world and its inhabitants would promote cross-cultural understanding and peace.
He called it "The Archives of the Planet". Over 72,000 colour photographs. More than 180,000 metres of
films. Hundreds of letters, testimonies and diaries.
An internationalist and pacifist, Albert Kahn believed that he could use the new autochrome- the world's first portable, true-colour photographic process. The autochrome was invented in 1907 by the Lumiere Brothers- Pioneers of Cinema and Colour Photography.

Based on potato starch, it enabled the first user-friendly colour photography. Kahn was one of the first people to exploit the potential of colour photography.

He was definitely a man capable of amazing grace.

A colour photo of a river in Ireland.

Kahn's team of photographers documented many world cultures,
including Ireland's Celtic villages, the late days of the
Austro-Hungarian and Ottoman empires, and the birth of new
states in Europe and the Middle East.
Hand painted portrait photo. I've always been fascinated by vintage cameras and the photographs they produce...
